At amazon.com they are having a sale on the Archos 20GB mp3 player for $179.88 with a $50 mail in rebate bringing the total to $129.88.

I'm not sure how good this mp3 player is, but for this amount of storage it really seems like a steal. Anyone have one of these?
 
Holy crap! Its an Archos!

I've needed a new mp3 player for a while, I think I may have found it. The main selling point (for me anyway) is the battery can be replaced, so you don't get some art student making "www.archossdirtysecret.com."
 
I have had one of these for a little over a year now. It's a great mp3 player, despite the minor bugs mine seems to suffer from. Fortunately for everyone else, it looks like the bugs are unique to my particular player, and aren't significant enough for me to bother sending it in to be repaired.
 
I had a 10GB Archos. Died out of the blue. I won't buy Archos again. Anybody want this one minus the HDD?
 
Damn, I would love to take that off your hands, but I'm so broke I can't even afford to offer to pay shipping on it. :p
