1 U Server - dual Power - Enterprise Class question

Is is possible to get a 1U server that meets these specs?

1. Hot swap-able , dual power supplies
2. HW Raid Controller
3. 4 Hr response time
4. 4 Nics
5. Hot swappable hard drives
6. Enterprise grade vendor
7. Sub 2000 dollars

Dell and HP don't seem to meet these requirements.
 
Look at the customization options for the R320 and R415 models from Dell. They've both worked well at my job.

The SLA and response agreement should really be figured outside of the per-unit cost. This also depends on the length of the warranty, which is not yet specified.

Edit: At current prices, I got a R415 configured for $80 above your budget. Depending on your more granular needs, you could get closer. Then again, the savings really can change if you setup a business account setup with Dell or HP and will be buying on a regular basis.

Call HP and Dell tell them what you want and what you have to spend they will come up with something for you.
