Hey guys, I installed the portable version of KeePass in my dropbox. It works perfectly! I made shortcuts to the executable and placed them on each computers desktop. Just make sure you don't open them at the same time. http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/keepass_portable If you want a...

Google-checkout... alternative to Paypal for sellers...

I trust Google much much more than Paypal too. We used Google Checkout for the Ron Paul blimp and it worked well. There were a few issues with some transactions, though.

How do I Properly destroy a HDD

Definitely remove the 2 rare earth moon shaped magnets from the inside. They are super strong and super handy to have around. The platters can be used as little mirrors.

Does Raid 1 require a format?

Dunno but you are a smart man for thinking about doing this! My Raid 1on my Intel board did not need a format (if I remember correctly) but I have been hearing that it does for a lot of external drives (which takes a very long time).

Ok, here is what I am going to do for anyone else who has to many passwords! I am going to install KeyPassX on a sturdy little flash drive on a key chain. This is the cross platform version. So it will work on your OS X, Ubuntu, or XP. I still have to figure out how to do it but I am sure...

What do you use for online password storage? (Multiple Computers)

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I think I will just get Keepass and try and configure it on a keychain flash drive. Open Source rules! I looked at this a while back and forgot about it. Thanks again. Of course online would be nicest but that is just too risky! I am going to try and install...

Are Apple Ads Hurting Microsoft's Brand&#63

5-10 more years and Ubuntu will be running circles around the world. It is already doing a great job but hardware support sucks and it's not Ubuntu's fault. This is just one of many signs to show the future of Microsoft. Exciting times. Mac's are cool but they have some issues as well, one...
