I'm having issues with the ethernet conenction on my xbox 360. I have it hard wired to my network but sometimes it seems as if the network adapter on the 360 fails to come up. After booting up the 360 you can't see link LEDs go on for the port it is connected to on my switch. Even if...
Got a bit of a newbie question here. Everytime my windows boots up I get this error saying Could not load file D:/whatever. Obviously the directory is not there, and it is trying to start up some program that I uninstalled long ago. The program no longer appears in add/remove programs; I don't...
Hi all,
I'm using a Sony Trinitron Multiscan G500 here at work. The 4 corners of my screen are purple for some reason. When I hit degauss, the entire screen looks perfect (no purple or anything) for about 3 seconds, then it goes back to the way it was. It doesn't transition back to the bad...

What do you mean by how much broadband gets what? If your talking about limiting your upload speed there is a program called BitTornado that you can do that with. Do a google search for it.
Well if you don't already have one, go out and get a wireless router. You can hook this up to your cable modem and have wireless access in your house. If your going to be going wireless on all the computers you will need to pick up some sort of wireless adapter for them (USB, PCI, etc.) After...

I want to buy an Xbox system in good condition. It can be either just the system, controller, and wires or a bundle package. If anyone has any for sale please post up.
Thanks!
When I installed Visual Studio .NET 2003 I had to install Microsoft's .NET Framework as a pre-requisite to installing. Anyways, ever since then I have had the annoying Welcome screen popping up on each reboot. Before my computer would just assume the user was me (The only one on the computer)...
I have a total of 5 partitions on my computer on a physical 160GB Hard drive.
Anyways, the C: drive (which is the main system drive) and the E: drive which i store all my media files on (the largest drive) keep saying they should be defragmented in the disk defragmenter utility. I defrag...
In my BIOS settings there is an option for Memory Frequency. By default its set to [AUTO]. I have pc2700 DDR RAM which 333mhz. Anyways the only other option besides [AUTO] is 333. Should I set this to 333 or leave it at AUTO?
I think that the problem is with the PCI/AGP frequencies. I think when i bump up to a high FSB like 166 its causing problems with the pci/agp. Because when I run something like 14*143 it runs fine. I have a KT400 motherboard so it does not support PCI/AGP lock. But isnt 166mhz supposed to be...
