Okay, so reading this thread motivated me to do some maintenance on my computer. I'd say it's about 9 months old. Anyway, I did Disk Cleanup, downloaded Diskeeper 8 (havent run it yet), and I just ran RegCleaner in Extra Deep mode... it found 1038 invalid items. :o
