i basically did everything i coulda done... cleared the cmos jumper, took the mobo battery out for a minute. its funny cause the comp was working perfectly normal for the longest time then all i did was remove the heatsink/fan, cleaned the dirt, put it back on and it doesnt start up again...
yeah i tried that, didnt work...its funny cause i thought a burnt chip on the mobo would cause a burning odor but it didnt... and the mobo and comp still turns on in the sense that the hdd light goes one, bay drive lights and lights on the mobo but there is no actual startup or display. i dont...
i gotta ask if what i just did ruined my mobo. i have an abit ai7 mobo and recently the northbridge or southbridge (i forgot which one it was) heatsink/fan has been making a lot of excess noise. i go and shut the computer down and almost immediatly after removed the heat sink in order to...
how would i get my ps2 system to display on my computer lcd monitor. its a dell 1800 fp ultrasharp using a digital connection to my radeon 9600 pro. Thanks
have 2 very good 10" polks in a bandpass box with plexiglass front. have pics if wanted. want to trade for 1 12" sub with sealed box and posibbly wires. i have my own amp. thanks.
have a 2.4c, abit ai7, 9600 pro video card. i noticed while playing call of duty the frames started to get choppy and took a few seconds to "catch up". I also had everything on the most graphic intensive settings but still, i think my video card should be very capapble of handling that game...
i believe you need to do it through the bios unless you have uguru technology that allows you to change system configurations through real time in a windows enviornment.
i could also get the s-video adapter cable which consists of the connectors, s-video and 2 rca audio inputs. What tv card would have both S-video in and these 2 rca inputs?
maybe a stupid question but is there a card i can buy for my comp or monitor that would allow me to hook up my playstation 2 and have it display on my dell 1800fp monitor. i'm in a dorm room and rather not buy a big tv. Sorry if this is really stupid.
i have a dell inspiron 5000e. 750mhz, 256mb ram, 10gig hdd, DVD drive, 15.1" ultra tft screen. All black. Have all books, drivers, cd's, codes that came with it. 2 wall power units. Windows xp pro. Excellent condition. make offer :)
i'm using IMtoo dvd ripper 2.0 to rip and encode my dvds onto my comp in xvid format. In the output settings i have the ability to set my video resoltution. What is the optimal resolution to have a standard widescreen view?
i have heard from many people that many motherboards cannot handle such aggressive timings on default settings. Your mushkin is rated with 2-2-2-6 timings default but at a higher voltage than most other rams. Try booting up on your old ram and than setting the dram voltage to 2.7, than...
have crucial pc3200 1x512mb. wtt for same memory but 2x256mb. this mem does 2-2-2-6 timings @ 215mhz and 2.9volts. only used for 2 months.

well my comp stays on either way so it would actually be more expensive if i used both forms of heat. This way, i only use one, that is, the heat blowing out of my computer.
cpu running @ a nice 30.0C with a system temp of 21.0 C... 2 120mm fans blow this nice warm air around room heating it, therefore conserving my heat bill.
if only i could OC a little more to get some higher temps going i wouldnt need to turn my heat on at all... :)
