Get some TCCD based stuff. Not very expensive considering that they can do 300MHz. PDP XBL is 229/1GB, PQI Turbo is $245 Other manufacturers like OCZ and Corsar hand pick their stuff and sell for around $270

If it's a P4C, then you WILL need 4 modules to maintain Dual channel.
If you're running a AthlonXP/nForce2 combo, then 3 sticks will work fine in Dual Channel Mode.
Even at 3.2-3.3V memory will last longer than it is needed.
I've been running BH-5 at 3.2V for over a year now. And people have been doing the same for much longer.
Get the DFI nForce3. Still not widely available yet ...but get-it. :cool:
For memory ...a Gig of Corsair XL is $275, which is overclockable with relaxed timings.

1T will give better performance clock for clock, but will also hinder double-sided modules from clocking at higher frequencies. Read the faq, noob.
Stock timings seem slow, but the EB performs.
I have both the PC3200 and the PC3700.
The PC3200 maxes out at 245Mhz, 3.1v at 3-2-2-11 timings on a Infinity. You can do 2.5-2-2-11 between 200 and 225. My new PC3700 reaches 260MHz, 3.1v so far at 3-2-2-6 timings
Waste! What is wrong with your current memory? It's BH-5. People kill for that and pay upwards to $360 for it. And there's no doubt it will overclock to PC4000 speeds and higher when given more voltage.

Can't go wrong with these. The EB is the top choice. The other two, based 4ns samsung chips, are great for higher frequencies but with looser timings.
Depending on where it puts which module, it might go the other. With the BIOS reading the module with the fast timings and applying it to the others.
You cant do serious damage, here. So try different combinations.
Get a hold of 3dmark2001. Not for dick measuring, it'll do great in testing each of these configurations you've got and are trying to decide on.
Your XL should do 250Mhz 2.5-3-3-x! They sometimes dont, so try relaxing timings a bit more. Running CMD Rate of 2 will affect performance...
The OCZ EB will do better timings than the Corsair XL at higher speeds (250+). So yes there are memory that are better. BH-5 still is king though, IMO.

You can run DDR333 or even DDR400 at lower DDR266 speeds, easily. Look in your bios, for a DRAM Ratio or Frequency option. And set it to 1:1 or 100%. This is in relation to your FSB. Setting it to 1:1/100% will force the memory to run at the same as...

Level I's used to be BH-5. Then when BH-5 was first discontinued, they created the Level II line to sell it at premium cost. So that module had to be made sometime before sept 03.
Here's the deal. The Level I pc3200 (based on CH-5 chips) will MOST LIKELY drop you just short of 225-230MHz at 2-3-3-11 timings with 2.9v (max on your nf7) It could take you to 230 or even higher, but that doesn't happen so often. If you had as much 3.3v to give it, you may have been able to...

BH-5 is a REVISION of 5ns memory chips made by Winbond. There's also CH-5, BH-6 and CH-6. Other companes make memory chips as well, but Winbond's series are highly overclockable and able to keep latencies as low as possible. All the big brands in memory (Mushkin, Corsar, OCZ, etc) had...

I said the EB uses 5ns Microns chips and I also said the XL does 250 at 2.5-3-3-X. (sometimes LOOSER than that). OCZ does that same 250+ but at 3-2-2-X. And if ain't obvious enough, 3-2-2-X is better than 2.5-3-3-X.

The XL uses 4ns Samsung chips ..and will do 200 to maybe 220MHz at 2-2-2 timings...then around 250Mhz at 3-3-3 timings or even looser. Additional voltage does not help much with this memory.
The EB uses 5ns Micron chips and OCZ claims special enhancements ...it will do 2.5/3.0-2-2...
