Which combo would you go for in a new system: 5870 + 8800GT 1GB, 5850 + GTS250, or 2x5830 + 8800GT?

I'm debating between a 5850 + 8800GT 1 GB physx or gtx 260 sli. Right now it seems like a bit of a toss-up. I'll be using XP64 for at least the next 3 years so DX10+ doesn't really matter and i'm unlikely to use eyefinity. Suggestions?

What would be a better way to spend $200: moving from a E6400 to a E6750 or moving up to 4GB of 1066 RAM? Will most likely be using it w/ a DFI LP UT P35 T2R and a 8800GT. I use XP.
