If you want a good overclocking motherboard with tons of overclocking options, the B350 Fatal1ty is pretty much the best on the B350 chipset picks.
The VRMs are the best and the bios is quite good for such mid range motherboard.
These new CPUs might just be like the polaris, once you increase the voltage and clock the power consumption might go up alot, thats why the 16phases for some high end oc mobos like fatal1ty.
I would say, there's no Z270 SuperCarrier reviews as they want more visibility in the coming months with a new model hitting the press.
Now everyone is showing off their stuff and when its more quiet I guess they will put it out there...

The OC-Formula is pretty much the best you can get if you want solid overclocking.
But might be too much if you just plan to do a basic oc. If you don't want to overclock [H] :D you can always go for something more basic.
Had my fair issues with other brands until I got myself a Asrock board on a great deal, was not thinking about them but the price was really tempting... Now Asrock on most of my builds ever since.
