Hopefully RIM will release a 10" version in the near future, but 7" is nice because it is so portable. I'm anxious to play with the new QNX OS, once RIM has a radio stack this will be the OS for the future.

Yeah, a lot of the older motherboards have problems with 5 series cards. If you're running the latest BIOS and it's no-go then there isn't anything you can do. You *could* return the card, or just get a new motherboard. AM2+ boards can be had for under $50 these days...

Sapphire 5850 here, 9.12s, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit - bought the card the first day it was available. No problems other than glitches in the initial driver (which was expected).

Why would you not want a DX11 card? Just because there is little support for it now doesn't mean there won't be.

I'm losing money because AMD can't ship enough 57xx and 58xx series cards. AMD just has to do better, this is turning into a real fiasco.

If you're running XP then it's time to move to 7 anyway.
