A 280x for $200 is still bonkers high. Those should be $60, $80 tops. In Jan 2020 I built my son a rig with an $88 4GB RX580 off ebay. There were plenty around that price.
Based on ebay prices, you're looking at an OEM 1660 Super for $600. I'm sure H can do better (they did for me). If you want anything close to "normal" pricing you have to go back to ~2014 or older cards (280, 760, etc). Personally not a fan of proof-of-stake but it's necessary to get out of this...
Have the Thermalrights on my 3080, dropped 10-12C but I just have one card. $12 was cheap insurance. Now if I had 20 3080s I’d be rolling the dice with Aliexpress.
P31 was on Amazon yesterday for $115. That's also the everyday price for the Mushkin Pilot E which is just a SX8200 Pro copy (the original fast version). I think I saw Newegg had the EX950 on sale today. Also this guy has a 2TB SX8200 Pro...
Last part for my daughter's build. Just need something to hold her over until the next crypto crash and I can get a 580 for $80 like I did last year. Overwatch is about the most intensive game she'll play (1080p). She's starting to outgrow integrated graphics, Minecraft Dungeons lagging like...
Got a Dell prebuilt coming, looking to get dual channel going. Don't care about timings or brand, as long as it works. Heatware under edge929. Can do non-CC Paypal. Thanks for looking.

Save yourself $20 + tax and buy from this guy. Great board, yes I'm biased (see sig). But seriously, one of the better bang-for-buck X570 boards based on components used and temps (google it).
I tried getting any combination of 1650/1660/1660ti/Super for a couple weeks on here, best anyone had was a 1050ti. If you want a 4GB RX 570/580, those are easy to get at a good price here. GL
