Looking at GN review, something is odd about the 3070FE unless it's really capped at 225watts, My Zetac 3070 AMP Holo is 249watts when in full 3D mode at stock cap, so what's up with that review unless the driver is doing it.
I been very happy with my Zotac RTX 3070 AMP Holo LHR in just light gaming, I have no plans to mine, but when I resell it someday, it should be very easy to show it's still locked, and the buyer is not getting a mining card.
I thought that myself, as all the reviewers seem to be using a 3090 in the review. would like to see it paired with a lesser video card like a 6600XT or 3060RTX just to see if it's still offering uplifting performance in 1080p /1440p for that type of buyer, AMD website has it in stock at $449...
I been running my 3700x @ 3600Mhz CL 18 since Oct 2021 and it's been so stable on the MSI x470 Gaming Plus and it's the Olyo brand that cost me $63 in RGB for 16Gb kit of Black Owl. I didn't know if I could take the 2019 cpu that high on the older chipset, plus I bought the board from Newegg...
I had some issues with B550m and RX 570 8Gb not wanting to display after a switch out, had to use a different Display Port on Video Card and then it worked, not saying that's your fix but something to try.
I know they didn't charge sales tax's and that has to be part of the price in the end, Newegg / Best Buy / Wal -Mart / Micro Center charges tax's on that sweet deal and what is not being spoken about, as that could be another $40 depending on what you buy.
I bought mine around October 2021 before I had issues and never got around to using it and still new in the box, it came from newegg so they should handle it themself, but I get the same as you with service is not available is U.S.
I don't have a high end with 3700x on x470, it's in a old case when the supply was at the top, I mod it to top flip the supply and a hole was cut in top of the case for 120mm fan blowing just on the supply, I don't even think the factory fan has ever came on the supply, so it always cooled even...
I don't know the power needs for the Ti, I run my 3070 which is a 250-watt card in 3D mode on the Corsair CX 650m that Best Buy carries, they do sales on that unit a lot and it was $59 when I bought my first unit.
I have two of them in different systems and going on 3 years so far without any...
