Kind of why I jumped to AMD was to carry on with Crossfire thinking they may keep it going building GPU's also, B350 couldn't compete with x58 with the same cards and driver because of the x8 by x8 setup, times have changed with cards like the RX6600 being an x8 card if AMD made a working driver...
Silver has moved to $28oz now and holding, how long can they hold it back is the real question as a much needed raw material for everything, and why they need it to always stay cheap unlike Gold, it is part of the wheel that makes it roll.
I thought this was interesting pickup of information, as I have said before that AMD can run Rebar in PCIe 3 with an Intel Arc GPU, he is using B450 chipset with Ryzen 5 5600x and A770, his goal was to beat the PS5 at $500 budget.

The one piece of technology that AMD could be proud of is no SLi or CX ribbon was needed, and it worked even on RX 570/580.
If the CX driver still exist, what would 5800x 3D look like?
I use to CX with many different setup's, here are the same RX 570 8Gb and 4Gb on a B350 board being handled by my Ryzen 5 3600 in July 2019, http://www.3dmark.com/fs/19974916
The only true board I ever owned that would do what your asking is X58 Evga 3way Sli 758e, I lucked up buying late and got the board that made the Xeon 5660x a drop in without the mod, 1.2v board.
Slot 1 and 2 was full x16,slot 3 was x8, I could CX with 1 and 3 for better airflow and what that...
Today the AM5 system was updated with a new B650 chipset and Radeon 24.3.1 driver, windows is patched and bring up the rear is my RX6600 on the new driver with only the power moved to 120watt.
http://www.3dmark.com/fs/31629764 Firestrike was happy with the new driver.

I would say buy the Intel Arc A750 made by Sparkle for $209.99 with $10 off pomo code and free shipping, Intel has been making a lot of progress on their drivers if you want something with better RT than the RX 6650 has going for it.
I have had my 7600x since July 2023, it was a combo deal with Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite XT and Starfield for $289.99 with free shipping from Bestbuy, been running great on the GSkill Trident Z Neo DDR 5 6000Mhz Cl 30..
Some AMD boards offer Sam and Rebar in PCIe 3 with the right Ryzen cpu, MSI x470 Gaming Plus is one of them that I know worked with Rebar and my RTX 3070 when I ran that setup, still have everything just in parts to test A770 in PCIe 3 with Rebar on a shoe box setup.
That is what happen with the movie Fury, as soon as I got home from watching it and here is good old World of Tanks selling the very Tank from the movie, you know I was a sucker for it.
In checkout of UB store, use UBI20 code
they sent me an email with that code if I spent over $60, after tax I payed $53.xx for the game.

I have tried the same Sparkle A770 on the MSI B550 /5700x which is that video and my Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX which the game came free with that board and 7600x cpu combo from Best Buy,
so this is a whole different system but same video card.

Intel also fixed there issue with the lastest Starfield patch that helped Nvidia run better, I don't know why GamersNexus keeps saying Intel is broken with Starfield as to run fine for me.

I have a AM5 B650 Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX /7600x with 3 NvMe drives, top two are running Gen 4 x 4 and the third is Gen 3 x 4 with an RX 6700 10Gb in Gen 4 x16, I want to add an Intel Arc A380 like this guy did just to capture the video part.

I didn't know this game carried over into Fortnite, been a while since playing that game and update today to run the Intel Arc A 770 on a new driver to see if they fixed the frame dropping out issue. Fortnite rewarded me with a free Alan Wake II skin for buying the game and a bonus I didn't know...
