Honestly if my stock alerts discords and twitter notifications are to be believed, 5800x is the easiest 5000 series to get right now. I routinely see it sitting in stock at MSRP on Amazon and Newegg with no bundle.NE is also selling just the CPU.

5600x and 5800x are both pretty common now. The 5900x is a unicorn still.
