well that depends if you are O/C'ing or not, either memory is very good however if you are running an Intel mobo then you'll bebefit from the tighter timings of the 2-2-2 special. If the budget is tight or you are not running video editing software or playing graphics intensive games then the Level one's will most certainly be more than adequate and affordable. For what I do the 2-2-2 would be my choice today if I had to buy memory. For the rigs that I build for friends and such who don't play games I use level one. hope that helps

If you're not going to OC then I would go for the Mushkin 2 x 512mb PC3200 DDR222 Special because of the tigher timings. Remember PC3500 is just PC3200 that is guarenteed to run at 215Mhz.
