Which RAM should I buy?

Going to build a new box with an Athlon64 3000+ processor and MSI K8N Neo Platinum (nForce3 250Gb) motherboard. I have a few choices for memory, as follows:

$253.12 - 2x512 Samsung PC3200
$310.50 - 2x512 Corsair Value Select PC3200
$310.50 - 2x512 OCZ Premier Series PC3200
$314.84 - OCZ Performance Series Rev. 3 PC3200 2.5-3-3-6

I don't have timings for the first three sets of memory. For the OCZ Performance, the listed timings say 2-3-3-6, but I've heard it will only run 2.5-3-3-6 with AMD (why, I have no clue.. apparently rev.2 worked as advertised.. why make your RAM worse with a revision??!)

Anyway, I was wondering which would be the better buy? I'd assume the OCZ Performance would give me the best .. performance (too many performances, baby.), and of the three @ ~$310, it'd be the best buy. But is it worth it paying the extra $60 over the Samsung? What kind of performance benefit will I receive?

I don't have any particular plans to overclock this machine (beyond wha the mobo will do automatically for me).. at least not in the near future.

Edit: All the prices are in Canadian dollars, btw.. that's why it seems so expensive. If you know of any better RAM at lower prices (available in Canada) please don't hesitate to let me know!
