Where can I buy a cheap hole cutter? Or what can I use instead?

I want to put a couple 80mm holes in my case but spending $90 isn't really worth it to me. Anyone know where I could get a cheap one? Or what could I use instead?

12 gauge shot gun on full choke at close range. Just kidding. How about a dremal tool with a flex shaft and metal cutting blades. About $50 and you have a tool to use for ever.

Go to the hardware store and get a hole saw for your drill. They cost a lot less than $90.

Tape over the entire area (on the outside of the panel), mark the hole you want cut, then cut the hole with a jigsaw. Just use a fine cut metal blade and take your time.
Jigsaws are pretty cheap.

Somewhere? do those things above attach to the drill or are they thier own drills?
