** What's The Best Overclocking SFF System For $200-$250 **

Hey, everyone. I am looking for a decent SFF system for around $200-$250. I plan on overclocking and I may even consider water cooling as well. I plan on using this system for the following:

* Gaming
* Encoding
* Content Creation Multitasking

Any ideas on which SFF system I should go with? Lastly, are Soltek SFF systems any good?

I also vote for the SB65G2. I hit 250FSB with one. I just bought another from newegg refurb for $150 and it looks brand new and has all of the accessories.
