What happened to Arctic Cooling?

Arctic Cooling brand parts used to be available all over the place but now I never see their stuff anymore. What happened to them?
 
They have become the go-to concerning AIOs (Arctic Freezer II - cheap, quiet yet powerfull)

And their cheap P-series of fans are also sold in a five-pack for around 30+ bucks.
So Anybody needing more than 10 fans for a new build is usually cheaping out the first time around and buys those.

10x well respected cheap fans for 70 vs only 2x "elite" ones.
That math leans heavy to one side 👈

They are still located between my heatsinks/AIOs and CPUs just like they've always been. Long time MX-4 and now MX-6 user reporting in.

In all my years searching parts and such I never really saw an abundance of Arctic Cooling stuff. Maybe I'm mixed up in the wrong timeline again. Lineup looks about the same- "Freezer" air coolers, fans, and TIM.
