trick for fixing dead vidcard fan?

so i have a ti4600 and apparently the fan has stopped spinning. Luckily i have good air flow and a few fans blowing directly onto the card so i think it should be ok for now but i'd like to get that fan working sooner or later.

Any little tricks for getting it to work again? Contact cleaner maybe?
 
buy a new one.. there are many 3rd party cooling systems for g4. i wouldnt play too much with out the fan one.. actually personally i wouldnt play any game with the fan broken.
 
Dont 3d anything. Your probably ok to web-surf, but not much else. Buy a fan NOW.;)
 
3in1 motor oil into the spindle of the motor, i guarantee it will fix it, if done properly
 
Are vga silencers compatible with gf4's? For some reason I thought they weren't. BTW I have a ti4600 also:cool: . Maybe you should get an orb, those are pretty cool and aren't that expensive.
 
well i really don't care enough to spend much money on it (not even like 15bucks)

What i'll probably do is attatch a 60mm fan i have lying around onto the existing heatsink. that should do er
