Ok, so a client calls me and says that their remote office (who connect over the internet to a terminal server) cannot print anymore. they just get an error along the lines of
nothing on the server has changed (windows 2000, SP4), the printers are ones that are attached to the client machines so there is no issues with local network printers. (at the client end)
I have tried it from different machines and I still get the same problem.
All the other printers on the server work fine, just not the ones that are redirected back to remote machines.
any ideas?
There was an error found when printing the docment "mydoc.doc" to TS003.
Do you want to cancel or retry the job
