SuperKaramba windows?

Ok, I just downloaded SuperKaramba to my FC2 distro and am really confused.

when I have this theme running on my desktop, is there not a way to allow browser windows and any other windows I open for that matter to over lap the theme?

Nay window that lays over that part of the desktop is cut out so I can see the theme no matter what...I dont like that - I just want to see it on my desktop.

Does this make sence?

if you right click in the theme, you can specify whether or not it's always-on-top or not. you might need to restart karamba and the plugin for it to take effect

Thanks but I had a old version of the program and not the newest one...
