Ok - I just freshly installed FC2 for the fun of being off today.
After the install is complete & you set up the user account to log into, it asked me if I want to do a sound test. I clicked yes and heard the little guitar twine on my speakers no problem.
Now I finish and load in to KDE and then go to soundcard detection. It looked identical to what I just did 2 minutes ago and I hear nothing? Why is this? Is my sound muted?
I go into sound & video and there are way too many things I have no idea where to check...
I checked KMIX and turned everything up = nothing
Can someone please tell me what to do because I know my sound card works and FC2 kernel seems to support it since I heard sound no more than 2 minutes ago when I created the user account - the only difference was that I was not logged into KDE.
