RAM Modules vs. Chip type list?

I need a list of RAM that has BH6 chips, preferably chips from these manufacturers:
Corsair
Mushkin
Geil

Does anyone know of a list of RAM modules and what type of chips they have?

I am having the WORST time deciding on what RAM to get for my IC7/P4 3.0c setup. I keeped reading mixed reviews. Somone will say they clocked a stick of Geil PC4000 1:1 @ 267mhz FSB w/ 2.8 VDIMM. Then I'll read someone with the same chip couldn't get it past 220 FSB.

I'm so frustrated because I have 3 componants left to buy to complete my new system.
CPU (waiting for pricedrop)
HDD (easy decision)
RAM (Have no friggin clue what to get)

I wanna OC this setup to go as far over 250mhz FSB as I can at 1:1 ratio.

Does anyone have any feedback on Rosewill products and ram? Really intrested in knowing how it performs. Thanks
