RAID, storage, speed, questions. Not in FAQ

I've been thinking about going nothiung but RAID. My server died yesterady (BOO) but I can salvage the storage array it had (2xWD1200BB RAID 1 on a cheapo PCI raid card), my main is a WD800JB. I can move the 1200s over allong with teh card to hold all my data, not a problem. Would getting another 800JB be worth it (RAID 0)? 120GB will hold 99% of my stuff, so its not redundancy Im worried about, its speed. The 800JB is fast, but loading levels faster would be a good thing...so it would be

P4p800 (ICH5R)-OS and temp, games, etc
WD800JB
WD800JB

PCI RAID-everything else, ISOs, MP3, backups, etc
WD1200BB
WD1200BB

Other thing is I just bought a P160 Antec case, is there enough airflow through those drive bays to hold 4 reletively high use 7200RPM HDDs?

cliffies:
1: 2nd 800JB worth it if not using for storage, just speed?
2: system drive on cheapo PCI card or ICH5R?
3: can you move a RAID 1 array controller to controller (I know you can NOT on a RAID 0 array)
