Oblivion Console commands

i know console commands can be used by pressing ~, but i cant seem to find a way to change my birthsign or even race while playing a game. does anyone have the info to do this?

Enter tfh and it should bring up a list of commands.

Be warned that changing your stats with the debug menu can mess up your game/create some oddball issues. I have first hand experience about this in Morrowind.

help also brings up the same list of commands, but what i want isnt listed. I just need to change my birthsign.

how about a noclip command? the game just bugged out on me, and I'm stuck in a cave with a door that requires a key; needless to say, I can't find said key.
