No Signal w/ 9600 Pro and Cat. 3.10

I recently switched my drivers from the Omega Catalyst 3.9's (with the hotfix, I believe) to the ATi Catalyst 3.10's because I was having issues with Far Cry (4.1's don't work). I used Driver Cleaner after uninstalling the Omega 3.9's and rebooted, installed the 3.10's and rebooted again. After the XP loading screen, my monitor goes blank and turns off after 5 secs (ViewSonic E90f+ SB). My assumption is that the drivers have defaulted to a TV display, even though I have never had a TV display hooked up to my computer. Is there any way to fix this with either a hotkey, or navigating blindly with the keyboard? Any help is greatly appreciated!

P.S.: My vid card is no longer overclocked and is at the BIOS defaults.
