Is there anyway to make the SATA/RAID load screen not come up after POST as im using nothing that utilyzes this feature
 
When your system boots up just after the short click, press DEL to get into the BIOS setup menu. Go to Integrated Peripherals > Onboard PCI Device, then you'll see the setting for the SATA/RAID controller. Set that to Disabled. Save the settings and exit, and your system will now boot without that annoying SATA BIOS screen.
