Network adapter not recognized

I have the Level One fnc-0109TX ethernet adapter installed on my PC.The problem is that my BIOS don't recognized it.I've tried everything.Reseted the BIOS re-installed windows xp changed position in the pci slots but nothing.My motherboard is a MSI KT 266 Pro.Any suggestions?

If you have the drivers installed for it, remove the card, remove the drivers, then re-install the card following the directions. If plug and play doesn't find it, try the card in another machine and see if it's detected, it might be no good.
