I have to install this pair of high-density RAMs to this motherboard. But the RAM has no AMD EXPO. Does anyone succeed in manually entering the memory timing in the BIOS?

Thanks in advance.

Even without an Expo profile I think your motherboard can still load the xmp settings, which is a start.

Generally, modern AMD CPUs won't manage speeds over 6400, and higher densities may need to run at lower speeds, even down at 6000. I can't promise you'll be able to run your kit at full speed because it depends on your CPU memory controller. However, at 6000 you can likely tighten timings and still get great performance.

You'll want to understand what memory chip is being used in that memory kit. A tool like CPU-Z may help identify it. Hynix A die and M die are both popular and fast, with A die being the newer revision, but I can't say that's what you have.

Lastly, check out some "Buildzoid" Actually Hardcore Overclocking videos for settings. He's got a lot of different configurations you might use as a template. If you do have Hynix memory this will be particularly useful:

My own memory sticks came with no Expo or xmp profiles, but they are Hynix A die. I used the above settings and then tweaked further and it worked well.

Good luck.
