Need help ID'ing / locking 2400+

How can I be sure this one is locked? My confusion stems from the fact that the L1 bridges doesn't look lasered off, there's no black marking on them at all like there's at other bridges, like L9 which looks all burnt off. The L1's look like the L6'es which features no burnmarks either.

Basically it's a smooth-looking green/yellow surface where the L1-bridges are. Unlocked?

If I want to lock it, I'd apply a razorblade to the middle across the bridges between the "yellow dots"?

C'mon, no-one here knows if laser burn marks is a required indicator of locked CPUs?
