On Ebay, I could get $50 plus shipping, maybe slightly more (the board is an OEM for a lot of Gateway/Emachines boxes). Since you're a folder (and Ebay is a pain ), I'll offer you $40 plus actual shipping to your zip code (USPS Priority with insurance and delivery confirmation). Board is fully tested and working, I've used both a 2.8GHz Northwood Celeron, and a 2.8GHz Northwood P4 in it over the past six months. Matching ATX backplate will be included. I should have the board available in the first half of next week.
