n00b to water cooling, need recomendation for setup

Alright i have started looking at watercooling setups and it sounds really cool, and i am starting to trust the setups they sell now alot more than the ones they sold when watercooling first came around to the computer world. anyways, what i have for a system is a 2.0 400mhz P4 that currently runs at 2.67ghz (533.4 fsb) on air. i was wondering if the Ahanix® Iceberg 2nd Edition water cooling system would be a good "intro to water cooling" for me and for my system?

so should i get that kit, or do you have any better recomendations for a water cooling system for me?
