Mouse wheel doesnt work in GRAW?

Those of you that have the game know the Mouse wheel is sport of important. You need it for issuing commands and changing weapons. Well, mine worked for a little while. Now, for some reason, the mousewheel doesnt work when I try to scroll menus. If I open my map, I can zoom in and out with it, but in the game, I cannot scroll the command or change weapon menus. It's quite fusttrating. Anyone know how I can fix it?

As far as I can find... you cant. You can change the binding to open the actual menus, but not to scroll them. Resetting controls to default didnt fix it either...
