Looking for new mouse. Thinking Razer maybe

My logitech G3 is on its last legs and I need a new mouse.
The new Logitechs scroll wheel sucks ass so they are out. (Too smooth with the hard plastoc/chrome on the edges.)

I am basically looking at the Razer line as they look close to what I like in the feel of a mouse. Do any of them have a tilt wheel? All the models with the thumb buttons have them placed right where I would be accidently clicking them.

Below are the cliffs of what I want and do not want in a mouse.

Cliffs:
Optical or Laser 1600dpi or better.
3 button with tilt wheel.
Scroll wheel must have detents.
No Microsoft.
Corded, I hate cordless always needing a charge or change batteries right in the middle of something.
 
Looks like your looking for the recently released Razer Imperator. Its meets most of your criteria, though it may be alittle pricey.

Thanks for the reply, but it looks like this uses a wheel similar to the new logitech mice.
Can anyone confirm this?

This is a major point for me as I find I use my fingers on the edge of the wheel and not on top.

I run the razer mamba, mostly wired. Especially if I am about to play a game. For surfing the inet and all that. I run it wireless.

The scroll wheel is the same. I am trying to run the wheel on the edge but even with my small fingers. i still hit the top??
 
I was actually home today and able to measure my G3 and look at the sizes of the Razer mice.
The new Salmosa is almost exactly the same size as the G3. Too bad it is only 3 buttons.
The other option is the Diamondback 3G. A little larger and the extra buttons can be disabled.
Decisions, decisions, decisions.
