looking for a way to connect a 44pin psop while still on a board

I am not an EE guy but I am looking for a way a connect to a 44 pin PSOP flash chip so I can program it while it is soldered to the the board.

Currently we remove them, reprogram and then resolder. This is time consuming, if some one can recommend me a a good solution that would be very helpful.
