I am looking to replace the memory thermalpads I wonder what PTM7950 pad should I use? 1.5mm thickness? is there any other alternative(which perform better)? thanks for your help

For RAM chips? Use K5-Pro and call it a day. Same for the other chips beside the CPU and GPU.
Use the PTM7950 for the CPU and GPU.
