I am interested in buying an iPhone 3G From Best Buy for $150 (Refurbished).

What is the cheapest plan for the iPhone 3G?

I am going to by a new AT&T user, will there be any other charges?

$39.99 for 450 anytime minutes with rollover (5,000 night and weekend minutes) + $30.00 dataplan. I believe there is an activation fee and they prorate you the first month. You can also get $25 gift card if you are a new at&t customer and someone refers you.

Yes you can, just pop the sim in but make sure your iphone doesn't try to access the 3g network or you will get charged per whatever data rate fee.

Not that I've ever seen. You can get a used unlocked one on eBay or similar, that's the closest you'll come.

I would just buy an iphone off ebay and unlock it so you won't have to pay for the data plan.
