I've searched the internet high and low looking for the back plates for cases. The only thing I could find was this:
http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/5860

But, theres no way in hell I'd pay 15$ for a piece of alum. Would be cheaper to go find 2 ATX cases w/o power supplies and rip them apart. Oh did I mention I need two identical ones?

you'll probably have to buy two cases and rip them apart if you dont want to pay 15....but how much will a case cost you just to rip apart ??

Cut them out of plexi, thats what I did. Just use the original for a template.

i got an old pc from my school that was borked....i just busted out the old metaba and cut 'er up....charity is teh sweetness...;)

you need the entire backplane? or just the i/o shield. what case do you have? have you tried the manufacture direct?

Nah, surfing is better. Diving gets you covered in trash, while surfing keeps you above most of the crap. Don't forget to bring your surfboard(something to whack at out of reach items).

I only need the whole backplane. Not just the I/O panel.

If i made them out of plexi, would it crack when drilling the screw holes or no? Since it being really thin at that point?
