How is ATI with warranties?

My 9800xt is causing major system instability. I cant play ANY game for more than 15 minutes before my system hangs or my monitor goes into standby mode. I put in my old ti4200 and everything works fine.

What I'm wondering is, has anyone sent a card into ATI for warranty service? If so how was your experience? I don't want to send my card in only to have them say its not the problem (when I know it is) and then charge me 80 bucks in the process.

Their RMA is really good. They have a 10 Day Turnaround once they recieve your card.

Sent my card in (9700 pro) that had vertical lines at POST, came back with vertical lines at POST. Hopefully they get it right this time and send me a new card.
