How do I know my ram is running DC-DDR?

My memory bandwitdh seem low, 3425 in Sandra. For an 865PE chipset, using 2 sticks on Kingston Value RAM PC2700, shouldn't it be higher?

How do I check to see if it's running in dual channel mode?

Dowload cpu-z, run it and look under the memory tab, it will display the status of you ram.

It says dual on cpu-z. I guess it must be dual. Thanks.
