Help with USB Drive

I've put a 200 gig harddrive in my Q-teq USB-case, and it won't work as it should! When I use the "dir" DOS-Command in WindowsXP it sees it as a 200 gig drive, but when I try to partition it using the WinXP drive-manager Windows only recognises 128! I've read the stickies and downloaded fixpack, files, and added the EnableBigLba, but it doesn't help?! My mobo is only a few months old so that can't be it, can it have someting to do with USB? Can anyone please help me?
 
Don't mind that DOS thing, DOS doesn't find the real size, I just read something wrong :( Still can't get it to work :(
