I'm doing that Tears of the Savior quest and I'm stuck. I'm at the point where you're in that little area with the frozen section in the middle. The knight is frozen but I have no idea what to do there. I killed the mob there and I have the potions that make ya resist the the frost shock that happens every few seconds. If I go to active quests and click on map it doesn't give me an arrow to go anywhere.

While I do not have an answer for you I am also stuck on this quest as well. You have to go around and pick up all of the tears from the frozen center of the map. They are terribly small and a pain in the ass to find. I have found 4 of them and it tells me I should keep looking for more. Ive spent over an hour looking and have not been able to find anymore 
It really sucks because when I try to sell them to the mage who wanted them he acts like I dont have any at all , Hopefully someone has some insight on how to complete this quest!
