Help with gDesklets

Guys _ I am not a retard and am usually very good at following instruction but this is beyond me.

I have a folder /home/carlos/gdesklets

In that folder, I have 2 files starterbar-desklet-0.30.tar.bz2 and weather-desklet-0.25.tar.gz

I right click one of them and select "extract here" - now I have a folder called starterbar-desklet-0.30 & in this folder I have : Install_StarterBar_Sensor.bin & starterbar.display

I go to terminal and type

 gdesklets /home/carlos/gdesklets/starterbar-desklet-0.30/starterbar.display

I then get an error saying that the display may not be installed...I just don't really understand from the manual what to do with the 2 files I have in /home/carlos/gdesklets/starterbar-desklet-0.30

This FAQ should get you up and running.

Make sure gdesklets is installed correctly. Make sure you install the sensor (.bin file) before trying to open the display.
