Help me pick last few parts for this build.

Please help me pick remaining components.

Will be used for 3d modeling, Word processing, Web surfing. Not intended to game on much if at all besides an occasional older game like Warcraft 3.

~27" -32" monitor Prefer 2k
CPU Thinking i3 or i5 13400? or maybe new 14th gen?
Keyboard, mouse (prefer wired)

What's best cpu for efficient low power use and can be cooled easily if possible.

Thinking of using current video card to stay in budget if needed- MSI 1060 6gb,

Budget $600 total for cpu, gpu, monitor, keyboard mouse
or $500 and save up for new gpu next spring.

If you want an Intel gpu to pair with the cpu and with low power, this Intel Arc A380 only uses the PCIe power and has no outside connections, and what some are raving about with this card https://www.newegg.com/sparkle-arc-a380-sa380e-6g/p/N82E16814993003

No need to ever mention Word processing, Web surfing. As far a 3D goes do your best to get a CPU with more cores for the best deal.
Also an Nvidia GPU to help accelerate that. Nvidia/Cuda currently have a solid lead in that regard. Blender aside.
edit: Oh and try to get 32GM RAM if in the budget. Mid speed best budget rated dimm's are all that is needed. Don't be confused by 0.01% gamer OC reviews. Just go solid shit and as much as you can afford.
