The first one I bought at Best Buy and it had a couple of stuck pixels (one that wouldn't stay gone) and some pretty bad backlight bleed. The second one I bought at Costco. It has no dead pixels and the backlight bleed is almost non existant. Glad I took that first one back. These are great monitors but make sure you check them out good before the return policy stops. I wouldn't buy one from Newegg for that very reason.
