Good Intel Mobo around $100

Sorry for not looking around, but I need an answer quick

What is a good Mobo for Intel that is around the 100 dollar range and will work good with P4 3.0C?


I was looking at the Abit IS-7 or the Asus P4P8x??

**I will not be overclocking, so I don't need all those extra features

Either one is fine with the 3.0C.

I haven't used the Asus, but I have the IS7-E, and it's one of my favorite mobos.
