I got 19.8m hopping on one KNEE! The the most unnatural and excruciatingly slow 19.8m. Then I accidentally pick up speed and my guy flip and cracked the back of his head.

I was not amused by the hurdle at the 50meter mark. But I did manage to finish the race.

I have no idea how to make a reasonable jump at the end. I either jump too late, too early, or fall the hell over.
