Speak of a bargain, check this PC. Price 1369 shipping included. I sure would like to see a review of this beauty on HardOCP, it was about time I see a review of a PC I can buy; location wise not budget wise... Velocity Micro, Falcon NW etc... are only for US customers since we can't buy them in europe. Anyways check the specs and the price... Prices next to items are avg. prices that i got from online retailers for comparıson reasons.
Intel Pentium D 830 3.0 GHz Dual Core = 330
dunno the mobo, i guess it must be 945 at least = 140
2 GB DDR2-533 Ram (2 x 1GB) = 230
256 MB ATI Radeon X850XT PE = 440
320 GB Sata-HDD (2 x 160 raid 0) = 160
Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS 7.1 = 60
16x DVD-RW & 16x DVD-ROM = 75
Windows XP Professional = 120
Case & Psu = Should be adequate for a high power comsuming rig, my guess over 150s,
etc...
Total Cost of Parts I just listed = 1705
so if i were to build this system, btw I am not saying this is a must have system, it's affordable and the price/performance ratio is prolly unbeatable, i would have spent 1705s. Dell is sometimes too seductive, if I can only find a decent review, I can be sure there is no catch...
