Hey, I use photoshop, but I wanna learn how to do vectors (like the pictures in the first post) Where can I start? Better yet. where can i get the appropiate brushes for vector art. I tried downloading brushes but they were in a different file format.
 
I recently finished this wallpaper:



I vectored the characters from an artbook scan and the starfield was made from scratch with Photoshop. My first real vector, I've been doing a little bit of practice here and there, but never something this big.

Here's the original scan:

Dam i shouldnt haved clicked this thread its 2 am and i just looked at those baby pics i couldnt scroll down fast enough so the images keep poping everywhere i stare dam im such a puss lucky enough my bro's chucky doll is upstairs locked in the closet brb i hear some small footsteps :eek: :eek: :eek:

@ lesman - How do you do your vector art, what program? Where do you get your brusehes i havent found any good ones at all. i have photoshop, illustrator etc so i should be able to do something.
